Quite honestly, it was the best meal I have ever had at a wedding.

"Cordúa catered my daughter's wedding this past weekend at Hughes Manor. We had 189 guests. Quite honestly, it was the best meal I have ever had at a wedding -- hands down. I mean, who goes to a wedding and expects to get a great meal? Apparently, not too many people because all night long, guests were raving about how fabulous the food was! One of my concerns was the cocktail hour -- I've been to too many receptions where I was lucky to get even one of whatever was being passed. Marc Mann did an excellent job of making sure appetizers were hot and plentiful and he had plenty of staff out serving during our cocktail hour. (One of our guests commented that at a previous wedding where he was a guest, he had to literally "chase down" a meat ball.) At dinner, the display was incredible and the food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Guests were able to serve their own plates and pick and choose what they wanted and how much -- there was not someone giving them a small allotted portion. Marc also provided us with several special meals including two gluten-free adult meals, a vegetarian meal, eight children's meals, and two gluten-free children's meals -- delivered directly to those guests at their tables. Cake was cut and passed and all the servers were excellent. We are so pleased with our decision to go with Cordúa and I highly recommend them to anyone planning any kind of special event."
